Teens are the future of every nation and therefore they should be given all the room to explore the world around them but sometimes its better that we provide them with some strict laws that can keep them under control. Teens are careless by attitude and you can’t really blame them for this but things are really getting out of control as more teen drivers are dying in car crash every year. Currently, car crash is the top reason for the number of teens dying in America and people are taking this very seriously. The number of car crashes by teens are four times more than adult car crashes as per the national research report by Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and State Farm Insurance Companies.
The research also shows that more than 40,000 people have lost their lives last year because of reckless driving by teen drivers. In the year 2008 more than half a million Americans lost their lives and this is soon becoming a trend in the US which should be brought down. Dennis Durbin, Co-Scientific Director of the Center for Injury Research and Prevention at CHOP and co-author of the report claims that it could be only be brought down if there is support from the people because even those people who don't have teen drivers at home should come together to support the cause.
The report claims that although the number of teen deaths are increasing year after year there has been a consistent key factor that they have seen in all the cases and that could help them to resolve the cases in the future. The four key behavior patterns that they have discovered are speeding, use of alcohol, distractive driving and not wearing seat belts. As per the research more than 50% of the cases happened because of speeding and not wearing seat belts and therefore teens should be educate to wear seat belts whenever they drive the car. Apart from that 40% of the cases happened because of use of alcohol and 16% of the cases happened because of distractive driving. Hence, it was concluded that more than 90% of the cases were because of inexperience and carelessness which could have been avoided.

By recruiting more traffic personnel who can give best guidance to teens about safe driving, much of the dangers in car crashes can be prevented. Further teens will be more careful to follow the instructions of traffic personnel.

Highways, busy roads and other public areas have to be carefully analyzed by placing more traffic personnel who can control the traffic and even in highways traffic personnel will be offering guidance.

Driving experience and proper driving test is also very important for teens before actually begin to drive. Proper license should be issued only after learning driving.
