    Type 2 diabetes is considered to be a metabolic disease which causes high blood sugar (hyperglycemia) level in blood. This happens because of the problem in the secretion of the insulin hormone. Insulin is secreted by Pancreas gland. There is not much medication of type 2 diabetes. However, the patients who have very high level of sugar in blood are prescribed to take insulin shots. Apart from these one has to maintain a good lifestyle and regular exercise, which is very important to keep diabetes in control.

    For every woman, pregnancy is the time when there is a mixed reaction of both happiness and fear of delivering the baby without any risk. 9 months is a long time and within this duration woman goes through many changes. Women experience morning sickness, breasts swelling and tenderness, nausea, vomiting, mood swings, frequent urination to weight gains. Some women go crazy for some substances like clay, ice and cornstarch.
    Vast population all around the world is suffering from obesity. Most of them are trying one or the other ways to reduce their weight. What is proved to be more effective is yoga practice. I have written many articles over yoga practice and its benefits in the past. Well, Yoga is magical word which when practice regularly and honestly able to prevent many diseases such as heart problems, stress and obesity. One of the main root causes of many dreadful diseases is stress or tension. Practice of asanas helps improves the function of various vital organs like heart, kidneys, lungs, and reproductive organs. It also strengthens the muscles. What can be a better option to get rid of stress other than practicing yoga?
